Terms & Conditions

For the purpose of this agreement the term “we” means VIPEE'S 2013 LIMITED and the “facilities” means the VIPees facilities  
 

1. About VIPee’s

1.1 www.vipees.co.uk website and event facilities are operated by VIPEE'S 2013 LIMITED. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 08356676 and with our registered office at Silver Birches, Highland Avenue, Wokingham, Berkshire, United Kingdom, RG41 4SP

2. Price, Payment and Delivery of Services

2.1 The ticket prices shown on our website include VAT, but booking fees and other administration costs may be added to the total amount due as shown in your shopping basket.

2.2 We may charge a Booking Fee per ticket, which covers the costs VIPee’s incur to process the transaction (including, but not limited to, card processing fees, VAT and other taxes, customer services and the provision of our services, including profit)

2.3 Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which have already been placed.

2.4 Delivery - When you make a purchase once paid you will receive an email with a barcode on it bring this to the event and this will be exchanged for a wristband. IF YOU DON'T RECEIVE THIS EMAIL PLEASE CHECK YOUR JUNK MAIL FIRST BEFORE CONTACTING VIPEE'S.

3. Refunds and Exchanges

3.1 We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase unless the event is cancelled 30 days before the event start date.
3.2 We reserve the right to alter or vary the opening times and location of the VIPee’s facilities at an event without being obliged to refund or exchange tickets.
3.3 Requests for refunds covered by clause 3.1 should be made in writing to enquiries@vipees.co.uk within 7 days of the cancelled event. We cannot accept refund requests after this time.
3.4 Booking fees, SMS charges or Admin surcharges are non-refundable.
3.5 Refunds will be issued only to the original purchaser or to the original credit card used for the purchase.
3.6 No refund will be given should the facilities need closing for maintenance during the event

4. Inappropriate Behavior

4.1 You agree not to use abusive language or behave in an abusive manner to any VIPee’s employee or user. We reserve the right to refuse entry to the VIPee’s facilities for inappropriate behavior at our discretion for the entire event with no refund.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership of Intellectual Property. We own the intellectual property rights to our Site and Services. You acknowledge and agree that (i) our trademarks, trade names, copyrights and other intellectual property (collectively, "Intellectual Property") are, and shall remain, our sole property, and (ii) nothing in this Agreement shall confer in you any right of ownership or license rights in our Intellectual Property. In addition, you shall not now or in the future contest the validity of VIPEE'S 2013 LIMITED Intellectual Property.

5.2 Copyright. The software, the Site and/or our Services, including without limitation all text, graphics, logos, buttons, icons, images, audio clips, and computer programs, are the property of VIPEE'S 2013 LIMITED or its suppliers, and are protected by U.K. and international copyright, trademark and other laws.

6. Our Liability

6.1 Our liability for losses you suffer as a result of us breaking this contract is strictly limited to the purchase price of the Ticket you purchased.

6.2 This does not include or limit in any way our liability:
(a) For death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
(b) Under section 2(3) of the Consumer Protection Act 1987;
(c) For fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
(d) For any matter for which it would be illegal for us to exclude, or attempt to exclude, our liability.


6.3 Events, performances and activities may be cancelled by the third party supplier for a variety of reasons. In this event we will not be responsible for any cancellations or postponements.

6.4 We, The venue, third party supplier have no responsibility for any personal property.

7. Written Communication

7.1 Applicable laws require that some of the information or communications we send to you should be in writing. When using our site, you accept that communication with us will be mainly electronic. We will contact you by e-mail or provide you with information by posting notices on our website. For contractual purposes, you agree to this electronic means of communication and you acknowledge that all contracts, notices, information and other communications that we provide to you electronically comply with any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

8. Events Outside Our Control

8.1 We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (Force Majeure Event).

8.2 A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes in particular (without limitation) the following:
(a) Strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action.
(b) Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war.
(c) Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster.
(d) Impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport.
(e) Impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks.
(f) The acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.

8.3 Our performance under any Contract is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. We will use our reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations under the Contract may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.

9. Law and Jurisdiction

Contracts for the purchase of Tickets through our site will be governed by English law. Any dispute arising from, or related to, such Contracts shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Severance

If any of these Terms should be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such Terms shall be severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.

11. Miscellaneous

11.1 Queuing to use the VIPee’s facilities may be necessary.

11.2 Wristband will be issued at the event on scanning the e-ticket. The wristband must be securely worn to gain entry to the VIPee’s facilities and is only valid to gain entry for one person.

11.3 Children age 5 and under can use the VIPee’s facilities for free if accompanied by an adult wearing a valid VIPee’s wristband.
