Q –	How do I receive my wristband?
A –	Once the order is placed in the online shop you will receive an e-ticket(s) with a barcode. Bring this to the event and we will scan and issue the wristband.
Q –	Can I smoke in the VIPee’s area?
A –	We are sorry but the VIPee’s area is non smoking.
Q –	Where are the toilets located?
A –	The location is listed in the shop area of the website under each event and on your e-ticket.
Q –	Why aren't your toilets in multiple areas at the event?
A –	Due to the way the vacuum system works it is cost prohibitive to have multiple locations for each event.
Q –	What are the opening times?
A –	Opening times are listed throughout on the website shop under each event and on your e-ticket. Opening times vary for each event.
Q –	Why are the toilets not open for the whole 24 hours?
A –	At most events we are located in the main arena which do not have 24 hour access and our staff rota requires some down time.
Q –	Do you limit the number of tickets you sell?
A –	We do limit the number of wristbands we sell in order to keep queues to a minimum and to keep within recommended industry guidelines. At some events we have our waterless urinal trailer for the gents to speed up queuing.
Q –	Will I have to queue to use VIPee’s facilities?
A –	Although we limit the number of tickets we sell, queuing will be necessary to use VIPee’s facilities. The benefit is knowing that there will be a clean toilet after the wait. Queues are most common when main acts finish their performance.
Q –	How often are the toilets cleaned?
A –	The toilets are checked after each use then cleaned and consumables added as required. Where we have space to take our additional waterless urinal unit this will be closed for cleaning every half an hour.
Q –	Can I buy tickets at the event to use VIPee’s
A –	Tickets can be bought on the day if not sold out prior to the event. To save disappointed we advise that you book online prior to the event. We can take payment with cash or through our website shop on the day.
Q –	Are there disabled toilets and baby changing facilities
A –	Yes, we have one disabled toilet with a baby changing facility.
